I chose to do my apprenticeship at SCARAB because the role offered the chance to explore every area of marketing in one place. I’ve always believed that learning while gaining real experience is the best way to grow, and my apprenticeship has proved that. My communication skills, confidence, and ability to think creatively have all developed massively thanks to the support around me.

The most enjoyable part of my apprenticeship is the creative side - designing and editing our social media content - and meeting the people who use our sweepers, which shows the real impact of what we do.

I’ve always been interested in manufacturing, so when I saw SCARAB offering an apprenticeship, I didn’t hesitate. The chance to learn real skills while working hands‑on was far more appealing to me than spending more years in the classroom.

Since joining, my social skills have grown massively - working in reception means I meet new people every day.
