The successful candidate will have proven working experience of SAP and Microsoft Office Applications and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a confident and professional telephone manner.
The candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritising and ensuring they are always acting as an ambassador for the company.
This post involves frequent contact with Mobile Service Engineers and customers throughout the UK, therefore applicants must have excellent geographical knowledge.
A good working knowledge of our products is desirable.
