Scarab Sweepers are looking to recruit 4 x Machine Assembly Fitters to help meet the growing demands of our Business.
Scarab Sweepers is a global leader in the design and manufacture of single and twin-engine road sweepers, based in our facility in Marden, Kent. Scarab offer a wide range of truck-mounted sweeping solutions - with a variety of body sizes, drive types and alternative fuel solutions such as CNG - to suit the varied needs of our customers. Our Machine Assembly Fitters build and produce quality Kits and Sweepers, while ensuring that the methods used to complete a product are lean, efficient and safe. This role will involve standing for long periods, working on large assemblies sometimes using access steps, working inside the chassis or laying underneath, all within H&S regulations. Individuals will be required to position components using cranes or lifting equipment before bolting into place.
