Regional Sales Manager Scotland

We are seeking a candidate based in Scotland with excellent sales and communication skills, as well as someone who is able to display first class customer service.
            
Our Regional Sales Managers have an important responsibility to provide account management and be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close in an assigned territory. They are able to manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, providing one-on-one and group sales presentations and maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive Company image to the public.
 
The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team covering a wide geographical area, across areas of Scotland and the north of England working flexibly to prioritise and programme their own workload in order to meet targets. It will also be necessary for the successful candidate to prepare and provide weekly feedback on performance to the UK Sales Manager, along with sales prospects, forecasts and activity reports.
 
Applicants must have a clean, current driving licence and for insurance purposes you must be over 25 years of age. The successful candidate will be IT literate/ proficient with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and will possess a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of municipal vehicles, ideally sweepers and will be able to demonstrate industry specific Sales experience. Existing knowledge of the customer base within the territory would be advantageous.
