Rosmech Sales & Service Pty Ltd have been loyal distributors of Scarab equipment in Australia since the very beginning. The original founder of the company, Graham Treloar retired in June 2000, handing over the reins to Rosmech`s new management team Colin Miller, Brett Laing and Matthew Howe.

Rosmech`s dedication to the product and their customer focus has seen them outsell all other sweeper makes across Australia. Sales growth that as propted them to move to larger premises, a move that was completed in September.

Despite the obvious geographical distance and time difference, Rosmech and Scarab work closely together. The resultant sweepers that leave Rosmech`s Adelaide base are locally mounted Scarab Merlins and Mistrals on Nissan UD MK240 chassis. Rosmech`s attention to detail is evident in the quality of their mirror-image dual steer conversion utilising twin steering boxes and incorporating fully integrated air conditioning.

Scarab owner`s, Rodger and Joy Hoadley recently visited Rosmech Headquarters with Scarab`s Sales Director Dave Cassingham, to take a look at their new facilities and discuss the future.

Dave Cassingham summed up the situation with a few well-chosen words. "Rosmech`s care and attention towards assembling the Scarab product on the UD chassis is second to none. Moving into their new premisies has given them space they desperately needed for future expansion. The enthusiasm of their whole team mirrors that of our own staff in the UK and they fully deserve the success they are achieving. It just goes to prove that with the right people in the right place you can turn the Australian sweeper market on its head without having to turn the world upside down.
