MATHIEU ESTABLISHES NEW UK PARTS DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

Dear Customer,

You are probably aware of the current situation regarding our UK distributor Euromec Ltd going into administration. We fully understand that this is likely to be causing you concern and adversely affecting your operation. Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve the situation and provide you with the prompt response and back-up support you deserve.

As a first step, we are in progress of creating a new parts warehouse and distribution centre in the UK to enable you at least to obtain spare parts for your current equipment. We hope to open this facility on 28th July 2008.

For the moment this facility will be managed by Scarab Sweepers Ltd with whom many of you will be familiar. Scarab already has good experience in the sweeper sector and has the advantage that many customers will already have active accounts.

Please understand it may take a little time to fully train all personnel and achieve ideal stock levels and we would appreciate your patience during this period.

Any customers that wish to purchase parts and do not already have an account with Scarab Sweepers Ltd should contact the Scarab Parts Department to arrange an account application form and discuss the alternative methods of payment available such as credit card payment, during the account application process period.
