High 'Fives' for Scarab in Italy

Ready for despatch from the Scarab manufacturing plant in Marden Kent, to SICAS, the Italian distributors of Scarab equipment in Italy, 5 Scarab truck mounted heavy duty road sweepers.

Mounted on Iveco 150E 22 chassis (15 tonne GVW), the single engined hydrostatic Scarab Merlin’s join an ever growing number of Scarab truck mounted sweepers recently delivered to Italy.

These particular Scarab’s are a further 5 Scarab truck mounted sweepers, following on from the initial 5 units supplied earlier in 2007, to the Municipality of Florence. The Municipality are placing great emphasis on aiming for a cleaner environment especially in respect of reducing exhaust emissions in central and adjacent urban areas.
