Walter celebrate major success in Munich

Our German dealers have been awarded the prestigious contract to supply eight merlin sweepers to Munich , they will be mounted on Mercedes Atego short wheelbase chassis. This is the largest single Municipal order  awarded in Germany in two years which is a terrific result for Alexander and Benjamin Walter. The announcement was duly celebrated by the entire sweeper Fayat division team.

Scarab Magnum at the London Marathon proving to be the Cleanest Runner
Most marathoners don’t think about it, but after the 26.2-mile race, there’s a large mess left to clean up, this takes a lot of hard work and planning from the local authorities and workers. Thankfully our sweepers are a firm favourite of many of the authorities involved in the 'big clean up' after the London Marathon, amongst the sweepers out on the day was a Magnum Hydrostatic loaned by Scarab Sweepers to the City of London. Les Walker the Senior Street Environment Officer was very grateful and commented ‘the machine performed very well and it assisted them greatly in achieving tight time scales to get the roads in the City re-opened’ Scarab was happy to help the council for such a great event which helps raise money for many good causes. Well done to everyone who took part.
