Our Service department is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our service administration team.
The role requires a high level of accuracy and is an ideal opportunity for someone who works well in a fast paced and busy environment, and is used to multi-tasking.
The main duties of this role include liaising with other departments, completing reports, record keeping and supporting the day to day function of the service department.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Microsoft Office Applications, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a confident and professional telephone manner.
The successful applicant will work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise and ensuring that they act as an ambassador for the company.
Proven experience in an administrative background is essential and a good working knowledge of SAP is desirable.
