All hydraulic services are powered by a pump assembly driven by a PTO on the engine.

Not just a direct drive sweeping system. Unidrive retains all the key environmental and operating benefits associated with Scarab, such as the shear common sense of the single-engine design.

OPTIONAL REDUCTION BOX
To cater for the need to travel at suitably low speeds when sweeping, the Unidrive system uses either a Scarab reduction box in the chassis drive-line or is built on a chassis offering a 9 speed gearbox. By either means this endows the sweeper with the widest range of sweeping speeds available on a truck mount (from 2kph to 30kph subject to sweeping conditions).
